This loving family of four is seeking an experienced, caring nanny to
partner with! Their parenting style is collaborative, kind, and nurturing, and
they value positive reinforcement. Their 2.8 year old attends a 1/2 day
preschool program 3 days per week ( M-W-F). It is during this time that the

school and will require care after school for approximate 2 hours per day.
The older child will need more care during breaks from school.
Both parents work from home on a separate level of the house, away from
the main living spaces during the day. They want to reiterate that when the
nanny is there, the nanny is in charge. The parents are hands-on and
always available to help, but not intrusive. They envision the nanny being a
nurturing extension of the loving care that fills their home.
For the family assisting part of the position, the family is hoping that after
the initial onboarding process that the nanny will largely be able to
complete weekly tasks in a proactive manner and identify opportunities to
help.
The family has regular house cleaners, so no deep cleaning is needed.
